Shipping & Tax Policy
Flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders over $130
When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.
We ship via UPS, Canada Post and FedEx; for standard shipping, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
We ship our packages via Canada Post and delivery can take to 2-3 weeks. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is refused.
In a hurry?
For your convenience, we can expedite your order at your expense for 2-3 business days delivery, excluding holidays.
Processing
Orders are processed and shipped during business days (holidays excluded).
International shipments
Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of Canada at this time.
Taxes
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
Return Policy
All returns are for in store credit only.
All returns must be mailed back to Simply Beautiful, at the buyer’s expense, within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be in original condition, with original tags and packaging, not worn, washed or loved in any way.
Any returns without receipt will be credited only for the last discounted sale price, if applicable.
Please note, there is a restocking fee of 15% on returned item(s) plus applicable taxes.
To initiate a return, please contact us. We will send your credit within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s)
